How to Request Data Deletion

Submit a Request to Our Support Team

Please send an email to support@mittsure.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request-Mittstore".

Your email must include:

  • Registered email address associated with your account.
  • Full name as it appears on your profile.
  • Contact phone number (optional, for verification).

We will respond within 7 business days to verify your identity and process your request.

What Data We Delete

Upon successful verification, we will delete or anonymise:

  • Your account profile and login credentials.
  • Order history and transaction details.
  • Saved addresses and payment methods.
  • Communication preferences and marketing data.

Please note: We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., for tax or fraud prevention purposes) for a limited period. Such retention will be disclosed to you during the process.
